I am looking for any kind of information about the ascendance of Bernhard Pollak who was a timber-merchant from Baja, Hungary. He probably got married in Hungary with Amalia Wahrmann and he deceased in 1891,Nov 8, in Vienna, Austria, in the age of 74 years.

During a short stay in Vienna I found the tomb of Bernhard POLLAK and could read his birth date: 25 july 1818. Will this new information allow me to find out who his parents were? Where can I search?

Szeretnék tudni mindent amit lehet talalni és megpedig POLLAK Bernatnak a szüleik. Bernat születet Bajaban Julius 25, 1818ban. Elöre sokszor köszönöm magat a segitségre.
