I'm helping Joska Szatvanyi in translation for you of the location. So far I asked him if there's geographycal description of the property in the Leasing aggreement, it's hard to read it on the screen.
I can see at the top of the second paragraph "a Kereszti 4 és a Tasolyai 51 számu telekjegyzőkönyvben foglalt és a nevezett községek határában fekvő ..." What that means is "in the Kristy No.4 and the Tasula No.51 parcel records book and laying in named villages border area ...", so somewhere between these two villages, and let's see what else Joska can read.

Previously I enclosed the pre 1910 "Gönczy" map, where Ribnyica and A(lsó)-Ribnyice (Nizna Rybnica was still showing separately, if that's where your ancestors were from, and not from F(első)-Ribnyice (Vysna Rybnica) which is north of Sobránc/Sobrance.

Nehéz olvasni a jegyzőkönyvet, leforditottam a telek könyv részt, miszerint Kereszt és Tasolya határában fekszik, gondolom valahol a kettő között. Tudsz rajta olvasni még valamit ami esetleg jobban behatárolja a területet?
A föntébb emlitett MAPY.ATLAS.SK térképen jól látható, hogy Ribnyica beleolvadt Alsó-Ribnyicébe.
