| Marta: my village |
I spent a significant amount of my time in Poiana Codrului. My ancestors lived there for over 200 years and almost all of them worked in the local glass factory. This factory is one of the few ones in Europe which still manufactures glass items - a wonderful variety of pieces!
If you are in Satu-Mare county, it is worth paying a visit to the factory and also admiring the sweet hilly landscape of the village. |
