| MARIANNE COLEMAN: Search for family | | I think my previous message got lost on route so I will begin again. Am trying to find out anything about my Grandmother - Karolin Kovacs born in Babosca, Somogy County on 17th April, 1871. She married a Joseph Kiss (he was born in Somogygeszti on 18th Oct, 1869) and together they worked on the estate of Count Jankovich - Terezovac. Karolin had 16 children, fostered others and finally ended her days in Kaposvar. Karolin must have had brothers and sisters out there and I would love to find any relatives that may still be alive. Also how do I go about getting a birth certificate for Karolin (I have her baptism). Karolins parents were Terez Toth and Istvan Kovacs. Any help as to who I can ask or write to would be greatly appreciated. - Thank You Marianne |
