| mizzminnine | | Do you know of a way to find out a marriage date about 1880? My great grandfather was born in Deutschbentschek in 1856. He married a Juliana Bauer. I believe Bauer to be a married name and think that Juliana's maiden name was Krug daughter of Freidrich Krug and Anna Mayer. My great grandfather's name was Jakob Andor. I have been unable to verify this information. Jakob and Juliana came to America in 1904 with 3 of their five children. Two children, Jakob and Anna came to America before them in 1903. Also Juliana had one surviving child of her first marriage: Ludwig Bauer, son of Mathias Bauer and Juliana Krug. Ludwig was born in 1879 and married in Jun 1902 to Elizabeth Juliana Agnes?? I have no further information about him. Any way........back to my main question....how do I find marriage information for the years after the 1870's for Deutschbentschek? Any information you can give would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. |
