Alice: Nicholas Heck
I am new to genealogy having only worked on our family for a year or so. I am looking for information for Nicholas Heck, born in 1881 in Ernsthausen. He married Mary Meng in Botos. She was born in Botos in 1886. Her father's name was Michael Meng. The Meng family was from Ernsthausen in the early 1800's. Nicholas Heck came to the USA in March of 1906 and settled in Rochester, New York. He had two sisters that I know nothing about. Mary Meng had several brothers and sisters who came to the US over a period of time until about 1926. Thank you for any help you can give me.
