Klein-Tscherwenka: Tscherwenka German Records
I'm interested in colaborating with anyone interested in researching more genealogy information on the German colonists in Tschewenka/Cservenka starting in the year 1784. Much has already been done in publications from the Donauschwabian Society in Germany, however the original church books remain unfound, (or were destroyed), in the aftermath of World War II, so more physical searching for these books could be persued as started by Angela Hefner in Karlsruhe, Germany.

Henrik Krumesz: Re: Tscherwenka German Records
Hello overthere in Germeny! My name is Henrik Krumesz from Hungary. My greatgrandfather and his family were colonists in Cservenka. After the II.W.W. they had to move from Yugoslavia. My grandfather stucked in hungary and the others went back to Germeny, later to Canada. I'd like to know more about my relatives in Germeny and all over the world, because my grandfather died before I was born so he couldn't tell any stories to me. How can I make contact with the Donauschwabian Society? Sincenery, Henrik Krumesz

KrisStrotman: Re: Scharf in Crvenka
To Karl Scharf -- Thank you for responding about Phillip Scharf. My e-mail is Krisstrot -a-t- aol.com -d-o-t- Please write me there. Part of the Scharf family went to Michigan in the United States. I know some of them ended up in the U.S. Zone in Germany after World War II. There are two Phillip Scharfs. One was the father of my grandmother, Christina Scharf, and the other Phillip was one of his sons (my grandmother's brother).
Thank you again for responding.
