I used to know Elemer Marffy (1898-1976), and am trying to trace his genealogy. Can any kind person help ?

I have now established that Elemer Marffy's parents were Bela Marffy von Versegh (1844-1917) and Katalin Lyka (1859-1936). I am still hoping to find who were THEIR parents and grandparents.

You need to order the church records and view them in the LDS-Mormons (Family History Center Library).
