Hello,
Researching my Fugel ancestry. Anna Fugel B- 1899, her father Gyorgy Fugel, B- 1867-1869, and his father John.
Anna and her father were both born in Also Homorod.
Any help out there??

My grandmother and her father were born in the town of :
Also' Homorod. I have her birth certificate, but am unable to translate all what it says. I will post it and perhaps you can help. Thank you so much for your offer.

Dear Lois,
This is an "Extract of Birth Certificate", free for emigration reasons. It was issued in Szatmar County (now Satu Mare, Romania)
Number of record: 90
The data of record: July 23, 1899
Data of birth: July 22, 1899
Name of child: Anna, girl, (faith) romano-catholic
Parents:
Gyorgy FUGEL, land-worker, rom-cath., born in Alsohomorod, 30 years old
Magdolna SCHIMP, born in Szinfalva, rom-cath., 28 years old
Residence of parents: Alsohomorod
The birth was anounced by Gyorgy Fugel, in person
Mihaly Daliskovich was the "Register keeper"
The copy was emited by Rudolf Fekete, in November 21, 1913 and "have identic content with the record from the Register of Alsohomorod community".
