When I typed a surname MAISEK in the Ellis Island window, a manifest for ..Ma..isek pops up which actually is for Ilona Matusek.
The village of Hrustin is in Slovak Republic.

I used the One Step and located a Franciska MAISAK.
The way her surname is written it could pass for being Macsak, Matsak or actually a Maczak. Surname MACAK does list in Hrustin's phone book.
