Susan F: Fehervari, Fehervary, Fejervary, Muha

I am researching my grandfather, Ferencz Fehervari, who came from Sarkozuljak, Hungary (now Livada, Romania) in 1907. His parents were Ferencz Fehervari and Julianna Muha. He had a sister Julianna Fejervari, a half-borther Mihaly Muha, and an uncle (or brother) Istvan Fehervary.

He lived in Dayton, Ohio; Bayonne, NJ; and New Brunswick, NJ.

Anyone have any information?

Hi Susan,

I think I wrote you about this last year(?)as I was in Satu Mare at the archive.

Anyway, I had the archive make a copy of the marriage record of Ferenc Fehervary and Julianna Muha and also the birth record of Ferenc (Jr.).

But as I didn't hear back from you, I still have it...

Susan,

No, I am offering to send the documents to you for free.

Yes, I also do research professionally (i.e. people pay me for my time and expenses in making the trip to Romania).

Since I happened to run across these records while researching for someone else, I copied two of them (there were a lot more, but since you had not hired me to research for you, I copied only the two most important).

So if you want them, please send me your mailing address offline, and I will mail them to you (completely free of charge).

Since you are not interested in hiring a researcher, I presume you are planning to make a trip to the archive yourself? If so, I would be happy to share what I know about researching there and what records are available.
