There were two SENDRUCs that passed thru Ellis Island in 1920. This might be your ancestors. Marina left a brother in Margineni and was going to Martins Ferry, OH.
You need to register to see the EI manifest but there is no money involved.

No phone listing for Sendruc and no one in the SSDI.

I checked on the name BOERIU as that is the cousin Marina was going to. That name lists in USA and in city of Columbus and Delaware, Ohio. You could attempt to send them a letter of inquiry to see if one of them is related to your ancestor.
