| Robert Tampa: Lost relatives Tampa/alexa | I am looking for relatives of the Tompa family name to further may family tree. My Great grandfather was Istvan Tompa, died 27 Oct.1935 in Nyircsaholy Hungary,his DOB: is unknown to me he was married twice. First marriage to Erzsebet Agocs who died date unknown but well before 1935. There were 4 chlidren by the that marriage a boy (Istvan-my grandfather)and 3 daughters (Erzsebet,Roze,and Margit). The second marriage was to Julianna Moroz,DOB,DOD(before 1935), and date of marrage unknown. The were 6 children by this marriage 2 boys Sandor and Andras,and 4 girls Borbola, Marta (deceased 22 Feb 1938),Terezia, and Julianna.
My grandfather Istvan married Julia Alexa he immigrated to the U.S. in 1910 sending for Julia and my father Istvais in !913. My Aunt Mary remained in hugary with the grandmother Alexa until coming to the U.S.in 1922. I ahve additional information on the Tompa(s)But would be interested in any information as I hope to come to Hungary this summer to research further. |
