My grandfather, Michael Roth, was born in Olaszliszka, Hungary. His father's name was Meir Menachem and his mother's was Kati. His siblings were Lazar, Rosie, Lottie, and Teresa. They all immigrated to the United States in the late 1800's or early 1900's. Michael had a cousin named Morris Goldberger who lived in Fort Wayne, Indiana, U.S.A. He worked for him for a few years and them moved with his wife and children to Western Pennsylvania. I would like to hear from anyone who might have been familiar with this family.

My grandmother Weisz Amalia( Malka) was from Olaszliszka ( it is on my father's birth certificate She was born about 1872 her mother was Leni Perlstein Her father possibly? Ignac? Menachem ? Weisz She was married to my grandfather Majer Friedman and they lived in Tarcal They were deported trogether and killed in Auswitz
I would love to estabilish contack withanyone whi lived in Olaszliszka before the War

I am attempting to research the Olaszliszka Jewish Records based on the website you are suggesting, but unable to enter the website Jewish records. Would you be king to E-mail me a very detailed step by step guide what to click on.
My grandparents Majer Friedman ( born Tarcal 1868) and
Mali Weisz ( born 1869 probably Olaszliszka) got married I think in 1893 in Olaszliszka. Mali Weisz parents are recorded as Dovid and Paje Weisz/nee Nieman. I would like to estabilish more details about David and Paje WEISZ /nee Neiman

I am heading to Hungary soon and am looking for information about my grandfather, Morris Goldberger, and any relatives who may remain there. Morris also went by Maurice, and he lived in Fort Wayne Indiana. (I cannot figure out the differences between the Morris and Maurice who both seemed to be interchanged. Maurice is the name on his obituary.) He was born in Hungary and also immigrated to the US in the 1880s. He died in 1934. His daughter, Cecilia, was married to an Ed bolson, and they moved to Pennsylvania. After Cecilia died of influenza, the two children, Harry and I believe Celia is the sister, went to Faort Wayne to live with my grandfather. I was born 23 years after my grandfather died, so I know little about this family. His son, my father, Alexander Goldberger, died in 1981 in Kansas.

May I ask you Do you have any records of a Czilli/Tzivia Roth
marrying a Friedman ?

Or a Dezso/David Weisz marrying a Paje9(maybe Piroska) Neiman/Nieman

My grandfather, Majer Friedman 1968 ( Son of Solomon-Slomo Zalman ) and Czilli Friedman from Tarcal married Mali/Amalia/Malka Weisz born 1869 and married in 1893 in Olaszliszka/Liszka.
Mali/Amalia/Malka Weisz parents were Dovid and Paje Weisz/nee Neiman ,Nieman They may have lived in Olaszliszka, or any nearby village as the Wedding/Chassene was in Olaszliszka. Paje Weisz/nee Neiman may have passed away on or before 1904, as my father's sister Paje Friedman (Daughter of Majer and mali/Malka Weisz) was born in 1904 and named after Paje Weisz/Nee Neiman/Nieman
Any info about the Neiman/Nieman/ Weisz/ Friedman families from Olaszliszka or nerby welcome.
I know, we had Friedman cousins in Olaszliszka- Tolcsva

I know- after a long tedious research, that my Grandparents
Majer Friedman-born in 1868 Tarcal married Mali/Amalia/Malka Weisz ( born app 1869)maybe Liszka/Tolcsva/Tiszalok?
Their wedding/Chassene was in Olaszliszka in 1893

Mali/Amalia Malka Weisz father was Dovid Weisz( maybe Dezso/David) his wife, Mali/Malka's mother was Paje ? Weisz /Nee Neiman ? I do not know, if Paje had a secular name, maybe Piroska? or not

May I ask you, if during your research of Olaszliszka you spot any data Re Dovid Weisz or Paje/Weisz/nee Neiman family
