| emasis: Peter John Olariu | | My Grandfather came to America in 1910 at the age of 16(born 1897) and was from Orlat as he lists on the ship manifest, He traveled with Mihaly Muntean who was at the time 33 years of age (born about 1877)and also from Orlat. They list their homeland as Hungary/Roumania. I am looking for any information as to who my Grandfather's family was, mother, Father, sisters, brothers, etc...I do not know if Muntean was any relation to Olariu but will entertain any information you might provide...He married Anna Sarchis from Turnu rosu in the USA in 1922, she was the daughter of Monica Luca, married to Nick Luca in the early 20's as well and was from Sibiu, any information regarding her as well is so appreciated...She was born to Mary Capapan I believe and Jos Calin possibly...I would love to get my hands on her birth certificate and if you know where I am to go for such a document, I would also appreciate... |
