Izidor Ruckel was abandoned by his birth parent's at the age of two years old and grew in a hospital, that was more like an orphaange for eleven years. Then in 1991 he was adoped by American couples, and now he has written his autobiography, which is available in Print today at www.empoweredparent.com/romania.html
Izidor live story has been chronicled by ABC News 20/20 for several years. He is determend to help the Romanian Orphans and the chrilldren children of Romania. 25% of his profit will be donated to help the abandoned children in Romania.
As Many of you may know, many orphanages have closed down forever. Children undre the age of 16 years old will be placed into group homes or foster care. Children above 17 years old are placed.....
