Kathleen: Sojtor in the 1920s

I looking for information (in English)on the parishs and orphanages that were present in Sojtor from 1920 to 1925. Looking for any info on the following family names: De Csaby / Czaby, Garemszghegi.

Also any stories about orphans being adopted by aristocrats in the 1920s.
