Pavel Beres was born in Mehkerek around 1792, was Greek Orthodox, married Ana and moved to Magyargyula.
Ana died in Magyargyula on 5 (or 29-30) July 1851, at the age of 40.
Pavel died shortly after, on 4 March 1852, at the age of 60.
They both died in Magyargyula, where they lived.
Both records are with the Romanian Orthodox Church - Magyargyula (Biserica Sfantul Ierarh Nicolae), today the Romanian Cathedral in Gyula, Békés megye, Hungary.
The Mormon Church has all the records for Gyula, except the ones between 1786 and June 1802, either lost or consumed in the devastating fire of 1801. |
