My grandfather's grandmother was Mária Komáromi. Her first (?) child was born in village Apostag (Bács-Kiskun megye, Hungary) in 1816.
Surnames Komaromi are found in Apostag in 1754 (Istvan),in 1783(Janos) and also in Dunavecse in 1771.
