| Hi Steven: I live in Niagara Falls, Ontario and, sadly, I saw a news story that a young woman of 26 years named Margaret Jeanette Jugaru was found murdered earlier this month. I pray that she is not a relative of yours. "Jugaru" is not a common name however. | ||
