What I know in general about the Czobor family I already posted on this board. I will forward the information provided by you to Mr. Czobor Ferenc of Budapest, who has access to many important Hungarian databases. It would be useful in this respect to know what was the locality where your great grandfather lived in Hungary (in the town of Debrecen itself or in some nearby village ?)
