Not family, just helping as a hobby.
Census records of 1867 didn't mention Temple in Vitka (Szatmár County), the 1877 Gazetteer of Hungary does with 270 members, than the 1890 Census shows Izraelites went Temple in Mátészalka. It needs to be checked out.
Also, the International Jewish Cemetery Project - Hungary doesn't show Vitka: http://www.jewishgen.org/cemetery/e-europe/hung-m-z.html

LDS (Mormons) Family Search - Family History Library Catalog (FHLC) has Vitka Jewish records on microfilms, it can be researched in your nearest FHL:

Registers of Jewish births, marriages and deaths for Vitka.

Tarpa a.k.a. Mezőtarpa (Bereg County) Jewish residents went to Temple in Beregszász, which is in Ukraine today and as such it's vital records are not readily available.

I hope this helps,
Joseph
