The official name is just Patak=Creek, Nógrád is the County name. In a quick search I couldn't find an English language website of the village, but Nógrad County has a very nice one: http://www.nograd.hu/pages_en/alap_kep.php?file_nev=waiting.html
I keep an eye out for Patak, if I see something will post it here.
