| I don't know where Bekescsaba is. But my 4th Great Grandfather, Yusrael David Stern, had six children, including my 3rd Great Grandfather Herschel Stern and Hersh's brother Adolph Stern. Hersh was born in 1860, reportedly in Czeckloslovakia. His children were born in Harczvolva (now Szolyva-Harsfalva) and Munkacs (now Mukachevo, Ukraine). So there might be a connection.
