The only town where I know for certain a "Kiss" ancestor came from is the former Oregfalu, Torontál vármegye, now called Pustinis, Timis County, Romania. It is right next to the Bega Canal (Bega csat.) a little southwest of Timisoara, on Highway 59. That is the hometown my grandfather's sister, Maria, listed when she emigrated to the United States in 1908. I don't know where Kerelőszentpál and Gyergyóhodos are located, or what there current names are. Good luck - viszlat! Mark Kiss | ||
