I have obtained some information on my grandparents. Frank Kotyuk (1900-1964) was born in Galoc or Galocs, Solvakia. His social security information states "Czechoslovakia formerly Austria-Hungary". I would like to obtain a birth certificate of Frank, his brother Andrew Kotyuk (1890- 1936) born in Dobaruska Czechoslovakia, brother Alexander Kotyuk (1907-1969) born in Galoc, brother Steve Kotyuk born 1898, sister Elizabeth (1902-1959) and sister Julia Kotyuk Grega born in Galoc 1896. I also need information on their parents Andrew Kotyuk (1874-1940) and Julia Toth (1876-1937).
