He married ANNA-MARGARETE-FRANZISKA-METZLER April 11, 1763 in Waibstadt, daughter of GEORG METZLER b. Jan 20, 1717/18 and (m. Oct. 6 1738 Waibstadt) EVA ERNST. She was born August 31, 1740, and died April 21, 1811 in Filipowa, Batchka,

The oldest name I could find was Peter Amende born in 1405 in Freiberg. In 1500 a Matthes Ament is born in and who has lived in Eisenach. About 1550 Mattessen Amende has lived in Monroth ?, Unterfranken in the duchy of Bavaria. In 1580 a Hans Amende is born and who lived about 1614 in Arnstadt and in 1565 a Wendel Am Endt was born in Battenburg near Bad Duerkhein in der Unterpfalz. In 1593 a Trintgen Am Endt us born in Rheindahlen near Monchen-Gladbach. And in 1619 a certain Hans Amend, called giant Hans was the father of Anna Ament who was born in Hildberghausen. Eisenach, Arnstadt and Hildberghausen are situated in todays Thuringen.
