Hello, I´m looking for my ancestors in Hungary who where Anna Weisz, born in 1900 in Abaliget/Hungary (before she got married her Surname was Nenczel) and Johann Weisz who was also born in Hungary in 1901. Unfortunately I don´t know where. Doe´s anyone know something about them or their parents? My grandmother Agnes Fetter (Weisz) was born in Magosc, just like her parents Elisabeth Kraus (Fetter) and Michael Fetter (Lang). I´d like to find out more about her parents. Maybe you know something about the family? Thank you! ---- Do you have a date on your Elizabeth Kraus? Perhaps your Elizabeth is the daughter of Andreas Kraus and Anna Hohman? I have lots of Kraus info from Mágocs, Baranya megye. Andreas "Andy" Kraus Jr. married my great aunt. Interesting...Andy Jr's brother Joe married Herminia "Minnie" Lang. The Weisz name is still used in Mágocs, which had a large ethnic German population. There is a lot of microfilm available for Mágocs from 1743 to at least 1907, and I'm glad to share my information.
