| Not so strange---or rare--- a combo as your might think.
In America, marriages between Irish and Polish immigrants were quite common. They often lived in close proximity in American cities, are both romantic in temperament,idealistic,freedom-loving,passionate about their beliefs (some would say stubborn), love music and dancing (some would add drinking).
