Hi, came across this site when I ran a google search on Pillischer. I do it periodically to see what's going on. I don't claim a more than distant relationship with your great grandfather. My family, on my father's side, came out of Hungary (Budapest) between the two world wars. My father was actually born in Budapest. I understand that my grandfather had a brother, and my father had cousins in the US, that he lost contact with before he died in 1960. Should you run the family name on google, you'll find my brother David, my daughter Roni and one of my sons, Noam. There is someone named Matthew Pillischer, an artist. Nice to meet you.
