Anyukám Komolai Borbála, Nyírjákó községből származik (1942-ben született), ahogyan nagyapám és nagymamám is. Nagyszüleim egyike sem él már, nagyi 2 éve halt meg, nagypapa a Don-kanyari tragédiában.
