I possess a photo of a member of the once high-ranking Vojnics family. This family was most famous in old Hungary's Bács-Bodrog County, and in several of its towns.
The back of the photo says: Frank Vojnics' father (now Ferenc Borbiro). The referred Frank Vojnics is probably Ferenc Vojnics, mayor of Baja between 1915-1930. The Vojnics surname was changed to Borbíró to make it a Hungarian-sounding one.
