It's hard to guess from "Morozturus, Sagrshn", normally the first one would be the Placename, the second the County name. Here you can find the list of the counties, few of them starts with S, ends with n: http://lazarus.elte.hu/hun/maps/1910/vmlista.htm

Based on cursory reading the above lists, I would guess, that he was from the E-SE, Transylvania area of Hungary, today part of Romania.

Is any other surname in the family from A-H, or what lang?uage they spoke, where did you found the Russian POW list?
