Yes, that is the manifest suggested as belonging to my grandfather. Is Terebes in the Bucovina area of former Transylvania? I have been told that my grandfather came from the Bucovina area. I have to admit, the more I search the more confused I become. The manifest is interesting in that the brothers named make up my father's name. He was told that he was named for his uncle Stephen. He was also told that his middle name, George, was for another uncle. This appears to fit with the manifest information.
