I was a neighbor and friend of James Urinyi for many years. A year after I moved I found out he was arrested and given a very harsh sentence. I feel terrible about it and have no idea where he's imprisoned, but I would say the harsh punishment for a person like James does not quite fit the crime and from reading about his case online, it is apparent he's used as a scapegoat for not being able to cooperate as they wanted him to and obviously for not having support. His parents were always there for him financially, but it appears they were disgusted by his behavior and never quite took control of helping him to avoid this fate. His parents may still be in Jersey, last I heard, (2002) his sister is married and lives either in PA or on the Jersey border. So sad. He was quite a character, I have some fond memories of him and he was really quite bright!
