	Balog Péter A nagyapám elmondása szerint mi a keleti országrászből valók vagyunk. Ő úgy emlékezett, hogy valamelyik Paládról költözött át az ő dédapja Nyíregyházára. Aki valami tud erről kérem írjon! Ő készített egy családfát is, akit érdekel leírhatom. Egyébként a Vaterán is van fent egy régi dokumentum, ami egy Menyőn élő Balogot említ, sajnos az nem mi vagyunk, de hátha ez is érdekel valakit. Szép napot! 	eszter0427: searching family Hi! I'm searching for the family and descendants of my great-grandfather's brother, Lajos Balog. He was born in 1886, Andrásfalva, Romania (but that time it was a part of Austria-Hungary)and went to the USA in the late 1910s or 1920s and settled down perhaps in Ohio. As far as I know he had a son, Ferenc Balog and he had three children too. My grandfather got a letter from Ferenc Balog in the 1950s who sent a picture of his three children but that was the first and last letter my grandparents received.
