janice49436710: Barabasi Family

I am looking for information on Laszlo Barabasi who was born in 1920 in Transylvania, Romania. Laszlo is the father of my brother in law and he emigrated to Australia, we believe, in the early 1950's. He married an Australian woman and had a family of three boys and one girl. He died about 20 years ago and the family know very little of their heritage. There does not appear to be another Barabasi Family in Australia that we can find. Hope someone can help. Janice.

Do you have idea, where he was born in Transylvania? There are a lot of Barabas/Barabasi families here.

A kibedi reformatus anyakonyvek 1821-1842 kozotti reszevel tudok segiteni. Ezeket sikerult digitalisan masolni a marosvasarhelyi leveltarban.
