Karansebes: genealogy interested

Hello, to all Behabetz named people. I 'm interested in genealogy and especial in our family story. I'm from Germany and if anybody can give some Information about our family story it would be great.I have also some information from Grosjetscha where the name Behabetz was started or build or so...

Tisztelt A.Behabetz!
Ősöm Behabetz József káplár a században, aki feleségül vette Rausch Annát (római kat.), lakóhelyük Újkaránsebes, 5.szám volt a XIX.században. Fiúk: Behabecz Raimond, szül:Karánsebes, 1867.08.27., feleségül vette Joós Szidóniát (szül:Sümeg, 1877) lakóhelyük Türje volt, ahol Raimond szabómester volt., római katolikusok.
Lányuk: Behabecz Mária, Türjén született 1905.02.11. délelőtt fél 10-kor. Egyik felesége lett a háromból Varga Károly keszthelyi asztalosnak,majd elváltak. Fiúk: Varga László Béla(egyben az én apám)1927.jan.31-1965.okt.27.
Behabecz Máriával 1956-60 között még találkoztam, azóta nem tudok róla.
