oslanskicanada: Binges family

Looking for family who still lives in Hungry (Serbia). Steve Binges moved to Canada once his first wife passed away. He left two children in the care of his sister until they were in their teens, Mary 16 and Steve 17 at the time when they too moved to Canada.

Steve Binges Sr. was born June 15, 1881 and was raised and later married in Bekes Megye, Endrod, Hungary. He had a son Steve Jr and a daughter Mary. His wife died and he made the big move to Canada leaving his two children with an aunt and grandmother. I have included three pages from a local history book which have two pictures. One of Steve Sr. when he was in the army and one picture of Mary and Steve Jr. Please let me find out more about my family.

Az Oszlanszki családnak üzenem, hogy Endrõdön élnek rokonaik.A Steve Binges (Binges István)az én nagyapám (Binges Illés)legidõsebb testvére volt.A másik testvére Binges Lajos, aki szintén volt Kanadában, de õ visszajött és õneki is élnek leszármazottai.Nagyon örültem a hírnek, ugyanis én ismertem a kivándorlás történetét, tudtam, hogy vannak rokonaim Kanadában, de semmilyen kiinduló pontom nem volt a keresésre, részint nem tudok angolul, részint István bácsi miután kivándorolt soha többé nem kereste az itthon maradt testvéreit.Üdvözlettel: Binges Etelka

Dear Oslansky family,
I'm writing in Etelka Binges's name, who posted the previous reply, since she can't speak English. She is the cousin of my grandmother Gizella Olah (born Binges). Both Etelka and Grandma's fathers were the younger brother's of Istvan Binges Sr. You have many relatives still living in Gyomaendrod, Hungary (this town was born 26 years ago by the joint of two villages Gyoma and Endrod, where Istvan Binges was born).
I really hope you are still checking this page regularly as two years have passed since your comment.

Kétségesnek tartom, hogy valóban keresték az Endrõdön maradt
Binges Családot, mert 2 év óta nem jutott eszükbe megnézni,
hogy válaszolt-e valaki. Aki feltette azt az írást még a
Steve Binges születési idejét sem tudta jól, mert az nem
jun.15, hanem Endrõd 1881.aug.07.(egyházi anyakönyvbõl tudom)
Nem tudhatom ki és milyen célból írt 2008-ban. Ha netalán
mégis keres valaki bennünket a betelka52 -a-t- gmail -d-o-t- com email
címen megtalál.
