| pknebler: Bondár | I am looking for relatives of János Bondár of Békéscsaba. The timeframe would be in the early to late 1800's. Wife: Julianna Nagy. Children: Marie, Eszter, Ilona, Gabor, Louis, Margit, Ethel, Gabriel & János. I was told that there were 18 children, but I do not know that for a fact. Ilona died at 18 yrs. of TB. Gabor had 2 daughters, Marie & Yolanda.
János Bondár (Sr.) was a bootmaker. He is my gr.gr. grandfather. He was 91 yrs. when he died. Julianna died in Feb., 1925 and is buried in Bánhida cemetery. Gabor died in April, 1959, Békés and is buried at Rósza cemetery.
Julianna's parents were Sándor Nagy and Zsuzsuanna Molnár.
Marie, my grandmother, Esztinéni & Margitnéni all immigrated to the U.S. in the early 1900's. Esztinéni was married to Paul Repasy (Repasi) and Margitnéni was married to George Jambor.
