I'm looking for information on the Brakszator family history in Iglo, Hungary in the mid-19th century. My family has always spelled the name Braxidor, but I think it may not have been the correct spelling for these ancestors.

You seem to have found a correct spelling of your female ancestor. She too was from Spisska Nova Ves [Iglo, Szepes megye. Hungary] The church records are in the country that the location is in. In your case Slovakia/Slovak Republic.
You should be looking into the LDS-Mormons [Family History Center] for church records.
