There are towns starting with Sza and also that have Mart in the name but no Szamart.
The name BREZNYAK, BREZNIAK, BREZ'NAK, SZABO and SABO can be found in Slovak Republic's phone book.

28 Breznyaks passed thru EI but none of them were from Szamart. Out of 17 Ida SZABOs only one is from Szatmarhegy but she is married. There is/was an old Szatmar megye which most of it is in Romania.

That is getting closer to the location at least but you still need to locate a town in the Szatmar megye to proceed with the search. |

I was looking at you notes for several months and I would like to get in touch with you. I am also a Breznyak "girl" I am curentlyt living in Australia, born in former Jugoslavija, but of Hungarian origine. My late grandfather had a brother in in the USA, which he has visited when I was very little and used to get some beautiful little dresses from the States.I was borne in Jugoslavija (with part of my family in Hungary) on 27=08=1960. I have a son who is doing his HSC (year 12 Certificate ) here in Sydney. Would love to get in touch with you or some other Breznyaks in the world!!
