ellie: Cosic to Kositch in America

One translation of my paternal g-father's (1878 Medina) Serbian Orthodox christening record is KOSIC'

One of his sons recalled our Kositch name had been spelled with a 'C' . . .

. . . might that name have been COSIC ?

Any information you can share is overwhelmingly appreciated.

Please read my progress at http://www.KOSITCH.US

Thank you.
