János Csajághy was a commander in the Rákóczi-war of freedom in 1703-1711. He signed the pacification from Szatmár at the end of the war in 1711. Other popular people of this family: Laura Csajághy, the wife of the famous Hungarian poet Mihály Vörösmarty. Julianna Csajághy, the wife of the author József Bajza. Gyula Csajághy (1875-1945) was a celebrated song-writer. Today they live some people with the surname Csajághy in Hungary. My great grandfather, Josef Csajaghy, emigrated to Chicago from a small town in Tokaji region of Hungary in 1908. The town called Mad exists today. The name Csajaghy is a unique name. Nyilván özvegy volt. Az úrbéri perben (1860-ban) már meg sem említik ezt a nevet. A családról semmit sem tudok. Rokonai lehettek-e a perkátai vagy a pentelei családnak?
