Could be the Darm[G]=Intestine=Bél[H] the root, which with the Hungarian -os suffix become a specialized butcher occupational name. An other Hungarian name with the same meaning is Béles from Bél-es.
RadixRef has these 2 entries, looks like the same person, one entry is the picture. The only place called Borsód with the "long"-ó I know is Bácsborsód in Bács-Bodrog County. Is that familiar?
