I am Charles Dorgay. My father was Charles Dorgay. I know very little about my paternal ancestry. My father's father came to the US via Ellis Island. I have a copy of his passport somewhere. I will talk to anyone who has an interest in this. My father spelled his name as dorgai and his father before him spelled it as something quite different, as dolgehii or something like that. I know a lot about my maternal ancestry which is irrelevant here.

I am Dorgai (Laszlo) and I live on Budapest in the capital on Hungary. I do not speak well in English, but two of my children (my daughter 34 year ones, my son 33 year ones) speaks fluently in English. My father was born in a little village on north Hungary, a village's name Monok (the big Hungarian head of state was born there Kossuth Lajos), they originate from that neighbourhood the surname of who Dorgai is.
