Keresem dédnagymamám, Dorogi Eszter gyermekeit.Dorogi Eszter 1887.01.24-én született Nagykõrösön, 1929-ben halt meg. Anyja neve Dorogi Erzsébet. Dorogi Eszternek 6 gyermeke volt, nagymamám, Mergit 1925-ben született. Ekkor Dorogi Eszter Nagykõrösön, a Lehel u. 93. szám alatt lakott és kõmûvessegédnél volt háztartásbeli. Gyermekeit hajadonon szülte. Többi gyermeke neve: Eszter, Rozália, György, Sándor, Teréz. Ha minden igaz, õk most is nagykõrösi lakosok.

i can only read english and would like to be able to use translation changer somehow to correspond with other hungarians in Nyiracsad area, or from there. My great grandparents were George Doroji or dorogi, and He married Juliane Jakab. From what I was told they were both only children. His dad was Mike Doroji. I am related to the Jakabs from Nyiracsad. Quite a few descendants from the Dorogi/Gnay family live in Ontario.fragranceofferings -a-t- hotmail -d-o-t- com if you wish to correspond.

Mike Gnay from Nyiracsad was my great grandfather. He had three wives. John Gnay, Peter Gnay, Mike Gnay, Veronika, Barbara, and Julianna were some of his children.
Mike Gnay had a son called Alexander Gnay who was married and had two children, He lived in Toronto and is now deceased. John Gnay, Bill Gnay , and Zoltan Gnay, and Veronika Gnay were relatives of Alex Gnay and used to keep in touch. We are all in Ontario.I am the daughter of Veronika Gnay and would love to keep in touch with them if they wish.
I know also that Mike Gnaj has relatives that were still in Nyiracsad area in the 1960's and my grandfather John Gnay from Ontario, Canada had visited them and had photos of his three sisters. But I do not have access to those photos, or the letters that they used to write him.

Szia Éva!

Az én anyukám is Dorogi Éva, de nem hiszem, hogy rokonok vagyunk, mert õ nagykõrösi. Elég bonyolult a családfa, mert akikrõl tudok, mind leányanyák voltak, így a nõk vitték tovább a Dorogi nevet. Megpróbálom szemléltetni.

A nagymamám (Dorogi Margit) testvérei is a Dorogi nevet viselték, de róluk nem tudok semmit, nagymamám pedig már 5 éve meghalt.

Sziasztok, mindkét nagyszülõm vezetékneve Dorogi (Dorogi Mihály és Dorogi Irén) és mindketten Bagamér-Létavértes és Vámospércs környékérõl jöttek. Nagypapámnak 7 testvére van/volt, elképzelhetõ hogy vannak rokoni kapcsolatok.
