Please accept my apology. I went to your website after I posted and it seems that you have some of the information.
The LDS-Mormons (Family History Center) have filmed the church records of SK but Kozuchov's church records do not show up. They must be included with another village. You would have to search around to see where they are.
You do know that DUCS in Slovak is DUC^ and there is a surname DUCH which in Slovak language it is a different pronounciation.
The following surnames do show up in area code 56 of the phone book which would include Kozuchov : KOVAL^, MILOSAR, HALAS, HALASZ, BODIK, LIPOVSKY and VARGAPAL. The Slovak alphabet does not have an W.
