You ment to write Banat region?
www.genealogienetz.de/reg/ESE/dsinfo.htm
Did you locate their manifest? Is there a mention of a town of birth or last residence?

Yes I did mean Banat region. Last known residence was the village of Mikleus, Miklos for my Grandfather, he came over on Zeeland through Antwerp.
Grandmother had Ujoerbasz, Hungary listed, cannot find it or anything close. She arrived USA 1910,

I see that only 9 people came thru Ellis Island from Ujoerbasz, so a transcribing error. On the manifest it is clearly as Ujverbasz, which is in Bacs-Bodrog megye, Yugoslavia. I used one step/gold form www.stevemorse.org I am pretty sure you know that you need to register to www.ellisislandrecords.org (no money) to view the EI manifest.

A good locator www.jewishgen.org/ShtetlSeeker/loctown.htm
Check the LDS site for church records.
