Chris: Maria Glagola
Looking for information on Maria Glagola born in 1867 near Mukacevo or town of Kajdanove. She immigrated to United States. Also looking for information Emanuel Kardesinetz and John Paulinecz (spelling may be wrong). I believe they all came from same area and settled in Pennsylvania. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You might have to hire a researcher in Ukraine to locate ancestral records. I would say that your people were Carpatho-Rusyn/Ruthenian even if some of them lists as Slovak.
www.tccweb.org
www.c-rs.org
www.village.sk He takes pictures of ancestral village.
www.our-slovakia.com Ms. Helene takes tours to Ukraine, Poland, CZ and SK.
www.adc.sk/english/slovakia/slovak04.htm
Use One Step www.jewishgen.org/databases/EIDB/ellis.html to locate people that came from Kajdano, Kojdano, Kajdanova,Kajdanovo,Kajdonova,Koydano,Kaydanov, Hajdano and all close (mis)spellings of Kajdano.

There is a GLAGOLA Family Board on http://genforum.com
Not long ago I posted to your GLAGOLA query on Ukraine's Ancestry board and also left a post on Ancestry's Somogy megye board. Just want to make sure that you get to read all posts.
